Role Purpose:
The Regional Manager – Business Development will be responsible for driving regional business growth through current corporate acquisition, institutional business development, and strategic sourcing of corporate clients for pension fund products. The role requires a strong hunting mindset with a primary focus on identifying, sourcing, acquiring, and onboarding new corporates, institutional partners, and key accounts to expand the pension business footprint and drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Recent Business Development & Corporate Acquisition
Drive acquisition of new corporate clients for pension fund and retirement solutions business across the assigned geography.
Identify, map, and engage target organizations, including corporates, large enterprises, industry associations, and institutional clients.
Build a solid prospect pipeline through market intelligence, networking, referrals, and direct outreach initiatives.
Own the complete business development lifecycle from lead generation, prospecting, and client engagement to negotiation, closure, and onboarding. Drive activation and relationship establishment with newly acquired corporate clients.
Corporate Sourcing & Institutional Sales
Source and acquire corporate clients for NPS and pension solutions through proactive business development efforts.
Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs, CHROs, CFOs, HR Heads, Finance Heads, and other key decision-makers.
Conduct product presentations, retirement planning workshops, and solution based sales pitches for prospective clients.
Identify opportunities to enhance wallet share through cross-selling and upselling within institutional relationships.
