Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
Robust understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
Experience with integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
Ability to design scalable and efficient workflows within ServiceNow.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application in service management.
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
