Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
Ensure quality candidate submissions and adherence to client SLAs.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and understand their hiring requirements.
Track recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, offers, joins, and closures.
Resolve escalations related to candidates, clients, and team members.
Collaborate with business development and account management teams to support client growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability,



and market intelligence.
