Solid knowledge of database security, backup, replication, and high availability setups.
Proven experience in performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies.
Ability to manage and process large datasets in production environments.
Expertise in complex Stored Procedures, , Energetic SQL, Views, Functions, Triggers
Experience in leading a database team, assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring project timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of scalable RDBMS solutions.
Manage and mentor a team of 2–5 database developers/analysts, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
Own end-to-end project execution: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment,



and production support.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and application developers to translate business needs into effective database designs.
Drive SQL development (stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, CTEs) with best practices and standards.
Ensure database performance, scalability, and reliability through indexing, partitioning, and query optimization.
Implement and oversee database DevOps (CI/CD), version control, and release management processes.
Manage data integrity, security, and compliance requirements.
Conduct capacity planning, backup/recovery strategy, and disaster recovery setup.
Provide technical leadership in adopting contemporary practices such as cloud RDBMS, data orchestration (Airflow, dbt), and integration with AI/ML pipelines.
