Roles and Responsibility
Prepare and serve coffee drinks, including espresso, pour-over, and cold brew.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and surrounding areas.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve skills.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge of coffee preparation methods.

Job Requirements
Ability to work effectively in a team setting with solid communication skills.
Knowledge of coffee preparation methods, including espresso, pour-over, and cold brew.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to respond to customer inquiries.
Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Ability to lift heavy objects, such as coffee beans and equipment.
