Key Responsibilities:

Fire Prevention & System Maintenance

• Ensure all fire protection systems (hydrant, sprinkler, alarm, extinguisher, etc.) remain

functional and compliant.

• Conduct fire risk assessments, inspections, and coordinate preventive maintenance

with Engineering teams.

Emergency Preparedness

• Maintain and periodically review store-level emergency and evacuation plans.

• Conduct regular fire and evacuation drills; ensure readiness of response teams.

• Coordinate with local Fire Brigade and statutory authorities during emergencies.

Training & Awareness

• Organize fire safety trainings and drills for store and warehouse staff.

• Build awareness on fire safety practices among employees and contractors.

Audit, Inspection & Compliance

• Conduct internal fire safety audits and ensure timely closure of findings.





• Maintain documentation for fire equipment testing, drills, and statutory compliance.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare monthly safety performance reports and incident summaries.

• Support regional and corporate teams in safety initiatives and audits.

Key Competencies:
Robust knowledge of fire protection systems, NBC, and local fire regulations.
Hands-on experience in audits, risk assessment, and emergency management.
Valuable communication and training skills.
Must have a positive command of Kannada, Hindi and English.
Knowledge of Telugu or Tamil will be an added advantage.
Proactive, safety-driven, and able to work under pressure.
Willingness to travel frequently to multiple store locations.
