Lead Growth Marketer

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy focused on organic growth, inbound demand, and product - led acquisition.
Own and scale SEO as a primary growth engine, including keyword strategy, technical SEO, content optimization, and authority building.
Lead content marketing initiatives such as blogs, guides, case studies, and landing pages aligned with user intent and product value.
Drive website performance improvements, optimizing user journeys, conversion paths, and on - site engagement.
Plan and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns, including email nurturing, onboarding flows, and retention programs.
Manage and grow Document360s presence across key social platforms focusing on B2B engagement and thought leadership.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging, positioning, and go - to - market strategies.
Build and optimize conversion funnels from awareness to activation, leveraging experimentation and A/B testing.
Analyze marketing performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms; translate insights into actionable improvements.
Identify and implement AI - driven tools and workflows to enhance content creation, SEO performance, and campaign efficiency.

Requirements




5+ years of proven;experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role.
Robust expertise in SEO, content strategy, and inbound marketing.
Solid understanding of the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
Hands - on experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
Experience in email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and marketing automation.
Ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross - functional.
Comfortable operating in a rapid - paced, experiment - driven environment.
