Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Research Associate to support the design, execution, and analysis of our core research initiatives. In this role, you will collect data from primary and secondary sources, identify actionable insights, and collaborate with senior team members to drive project success. The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical skills, handles data with high accuracy, and turns complex findings into well-structured reports.

Preferred candidate profile
Data Management: Gather, clean, validate, and organize qualitative or quantitative datasets.
Literature Reviews: Conduct comprehensive background research to map existing trends or academic literature.
Report Writing: Prepare initial drafts of technical summaries, presentations, and project updates.
Team Collaboration: Liaise with senior researchers, data engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Compliance Standards:



Ensure all methodologies adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and institutional policies.
Project Support: Maintain meticulous project documentation, calendars, and asset logs.
Education: Bachelors or Master's degree in a highly relevant field (e.g., Microbiology, Life Science, Biology, Chemistry).
Experience: 14 years of direct research or lab workplace experience. Freshers are welcomed
Software Tools: Proficiency with Excel and field-specific statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, SAS, Python, or Bloomberg Terminal).
Critical Thinking: Ability to extract actionable patterns out of disorganized data streams.
Precision: Meticulous attention to detail regarding data entries and trial records.
Communication: Robust technical writing and presentation skills for diverse stakeholder groups.
