Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, RLS) and SQL (optimization, stored procedures, joins, views)
Solid stakeholder management, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills
Experience mentoring and leading small BIanalytics teams.

Preferred Skills:
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance
Familiarity with Tableau, Qlik, or PythonR
