What would you do?
The Compensation & Benefits Analyst is responsible for delivering end-to-end compensation and perks services, ensuring accurate processing, compliance with policies, and timely resolution of employee and client requests. The role involves interaction with employees, managers, and client stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert for compensation and perks processes while driving process efficiency, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

What are we looking for?
Years of experience into HR Operations experience
Prior exposure to Compensation & Benefits or Workforce Administration processes preferred"
Bachelor-s degree in any discipline (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields preferred) "
Strong understanding of Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations processes
Knowledge of salary structures, allowances, incentives, and employee advantages administration
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Experience working with HR systems




Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism"

Roles and Responsibilities:

Read, understand, and analyze Compensation & Benefits processes as per defined business rules and policies
Execute compensation and benefits transactions accurately and within agreed SLAs
Support salary administration, benefits enrollment, employee data updates, and compensation changes
Handle employee and manager queries related to compensation and benefits via email, case tools, or calls
Ensure compliance with client policies, statutory requirements, and audit controls
Perform root cause analysis on compensation and benefits issues and recommend corrective actions
Maintain and update LWIs and process documentation
Support Team Lead with daily operational reporting, metrics, and dashboards
Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls
Ensure strict adherence to data privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements"
