As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that the applications meet the required standards and user expectations.

Proficiency in SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C. (V1 & V2)
Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based application integration.
Solid understanding of API management and development.
Familiarity with low-code development platforms.
Experience in managing software releases and updates.
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CX Sales Cloud C4C.
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
