Job Role
Lead electrical maintenance for substations, motors, drives, power distribution systems, and electrical protection systems.

Job Responsibilities
Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance, shutdown support, electrical fault diagnosis, system reliability, contractor supervision, compliance, and coordination with operations and instrumentation teams.

Job Deliverables
Reliable electrical power distribution, fewer electrical trips, improved equipment uptime, better shutdown support, and stronger electrical maintenance discipline.

Qualification
BE Diploma with relevant experience

Nature of Experience
Electrical maintenance in large manufacturing or process plants with exposure to HT/LT systems,



substations, motors, drives, and protection systems.

Industry Preference
Petrochemical Refinery PVC Chlor-Alkali Fertilizer Heavy Manufacturing

Preferred Exposure
HT/LT systems, substations, drives, motors, protection systems, shutdown work, and electrical reliability programs.

Broad Attributes of the Incumbent
Technically dependable, alert, systematic, safety-conscious, calm in breakdown situations, and solid on field coordination.

Key Interfaces
Operations, Instrumentation, Reliability, Utilities, Stores, CTS, contractors, and power system teams.
