About the Role

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and sales-driven individuals to join our retail team as Sales Associates (Store Executives). The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, understanding customer needs, driving sales, and ensuring smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable eyewear products.
Explain product features, lens options, coatings, and ongoing offers.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Assist customers in selecting frames, sunglasses, contact lenses, and accessories.
Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new collections.
Process billing, payments, and customer orders accurately.




Ensure proper visual merchandising and store cleanliness as per company standards.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock audits.
Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with optometrists and store team members to ensure seamless customer service.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass may also be considered based on communication and experience).
0–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, telecom, fashion, lifestyle, or any customer-facing role.
Freshers with solid communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Valuable communication skills in English and the local language.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
