Role & responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and maintain industrial electronic equipment and control systems.
Assemble, wire and test hot melt adhesive machines and dispensing systems.
Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and electronic schematics.
Install and commission machines at customer sites whenever required.
Troubleshoot PLC-based control panels, sensors, temperature controllers, SSRs, relays, HMIs and other automation components.
Perform preventive maintenance and quality testing before machine dispatch.
Identify root causes of electrical and electronic failures and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with the mechanical and production teams during assembly and testing.
Maintain service reports, testing records and documentation.
Provide technical support to customers over phone and during site visits.
Ensure all work complies with electrical safety standards and company quality procedures.
Required Skills
Knowledge of temperature control systems and industrial heating applications.
Experience in machine commissioning and customer support.
Familiarity with VFDs, servo systems and industrial communication protocols will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
ITI or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechatronics.
Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial experience.
Candidates with experience in industrial machinery, automation, packaging equipment or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
