We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Recruiter with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have expertise in US IT and Non-IT recruitment processes.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Utilize various recruitment tools and technologies to streamline the hiring process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes accordingly.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a US-based company.
Strong knowledge of US IT and Non-IT recruitment processes and trends.




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with recruitment software and tools is an asset.
