Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and completing projects within the approved timeline, budget, quality, and safety standards while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Supervise site activities and monitor project progress, quality, manpower, materials, and equipment.
Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution.
Coordinate procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and measurement records.
Monitor project costs and support budget control.




Coordinate testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover.
Provide regular project status updates to Management.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in Project Execution or Site Management.

Skills Required
Robust project planning and execution skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.
Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
Robust problem-solving and time management abilities.
