As an Engineering Management Trainee, you will go through a structured learning and development program designed to give you hands-on experience across key operational, technical, and client management functions.

This role is ideal for 2026 graduates who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and people management and want to grow into future leaders within our business. This is a paid internship prospect with the potential for conversion to a Full time Employee (FTE) role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Acquire skill in client handling, project and people management, reporting & presentation.
Assist in planning, monitoring, and improving project execution, workflow and automation apps, and service delivery metrics.
Help prepare presentations for client interactions, business reviews, and project governance meetings and actively present.




Work closely with cross-functional teams to support automation, data analysis, and process improvements.
Analyze operational data, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
Support operations leaders for effective cost management through resource planning, productivity tracking and governance.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields) and a MBA degree.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workplace applications.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
