We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to independently manage the complete Human Resource function of our manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment &Onboarding;:
Understand Job Profile from Stake Holders & Create JD
Handle end-to-end recruitment for office, factory, and production staff.
Source candidates through job portals, consultants.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Complete joining formalities, documentation, and induction.

Employee Records & Administration
Maintain employee personnel HR documentationand employee records.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database.
Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Calculate monthly payroll processing.
Manage Professional Tax, and other Salary Calculations.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.




Handle disciplinary matters and domestic inquiries when required.
Maintain factory and labour compliance documentation.

Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
Promote a positive work culture.

HR Reporting
Prepare monthly HR reports including:
Recruitment Status
Attendance Report
Leave Summary
Headcount Report
Maintain HR dashboards and MIS.

Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
35 years of HR experience in a manufacturing industry company.
Valuable knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
Experience in payroll coordination.
Polite with Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
