Guide patients on injection/pen usage technique and ensure proper understanding.
Prepare and provide personalized diet charts according to the patients health condition and requirements.
Support doctors and coordinate with the OPD team for patient education activities.
Address patient queries related to diet, lifestyle management, and the program.
Maintain proper follow-up and ensure patients are engaged throughout the program journey.
Encourage patients to adhere to prescribed diet plans and lifestyle recommendations.
Maintain patient details on a regular basis in Google Sheets and keep records updated.
