Role & responsibilities
Provide product demonstrations and application support for medical equipment.
Conduct product installations, user training, and in-service sessions for doctors, nurses, and biomedical engineers.
Assist the sales team during product evaluations, trials, and customer presentations.
Resolve application-related queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth implementation and post-installation support.
Build solid relationships with hospitals and healthcare specialists.
Stay updated on product knowledge and clinical applications.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience as an Application Specialist, Clinical Application Specialist, Product Specialist, or similar role in the medical device/healthcare industry.
Robust presentation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for customer demonstrations and training.
Experience in handling hospital customers and clinical users will be an added advantage
