Role & responsibilities
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer business and infrastructure requirements.
Engage with customers to assess existing IT environments and recommend appropriate data center solutions.
Design and present end-to-end data center infrastructure solutions, including compute, storage, networking, backup, and virtualization.
Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, BOMs (Bill of Materials), presentations, and Statements of Work (SOW).
Conduct customer meetings, technical discussions, solution demonstrations, and workshops.
Provide technical support for RFPs, RFQs, tenders, and commercial proposals.
Work closely with OEMs and technology partners to architect customer-specific solutions.
Assist in sizing, capacity planning, and technology recommendations based on customer needs.
Support solution migration, consolidation, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
Stay updated on emerging data center technologies,



industry trends, and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust understanding of Data Center Infrastructure and Enterprise IT Solutions.
Knowledge of:
Servers and Compute Infrastructure
Storage Solutions (SAN, NAS, HCI)
Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix)
Data Backup & Recovery Solutions
Disaster Recovery (DR) Solutions
Data Center Networking
High Availability & Business Continuity
Infrastructure Monitoring & Management
Experience in preparing technical proposals and solution presentations.
Understanding of leading OEM technologies such as Dell Technologies, HPE, Lenovo, Nutanix, VMware, Cisco, NetApp, and Veeam.
Solid communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
