Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BPO industry.
Robust leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Robust problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues.
Experience working in an international workplace is preferred.
