• 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience in retail, with proven track record of managing large-scale operations and full P&L;
accountability.
• Strong exposure to the Saudi market with experience in multi-region leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth, market entry, and profitability.

• Strategic leadership with strong execution capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex P&L; and deliver consistent financial performance.
• Strong government, regulatory, and landlord networks in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency highly preferred.
• Solid negotiation, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, quick-paced retail environment.
