Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tendering Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in government and private tenders, including GEM portal bidding, quotation preparation, technical and commercial documentation, and bid submission. Experience in the Industrial Safety, Gas Detection, Instrumentation, or Automation industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant tenders through GEM and other tender portals.
Prepare technical and commercial quotations as per tender requirements.
Compile, review, and submit tender documents within stipulated timelines.
Handle online bid submissions on GEM and other e-tendering platforms.
Coordinate with internal departments for technical specifications, pricing, and documentation.
Communicate with clients for tender-related queries, clarifications, and follow-ups.




Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, and supporting documents.
Ensure compliance with tender terms, conditions, and company policies.

Required Skills
Experience with GEM Portal and e-tendering platforms.
Robust knowledge of quotation preparation and tender documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Valuable communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under deadlines with high attention to detail.
