Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients & contractors
Ensure compliance with codes & standards
Execute Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler & Fire Alarm (FAPA) projects.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Review BOQ, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Monitor project timelines and site progress.
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with IS/NBC standards.
Manage material planning, procurement, and site inventory.
Handle installation, testing, commissioning, and billing coordination.
Prepare project documentation and reports.
