Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers generated through social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and other lead sources.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Explain product features, advantages, pricing, and promotional offers effectively.
Handle customer objections professionally and work towards closing sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
