Job Summary
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, qualify prospective customers, and schedule site visits for residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
Call prospective customers from company-generated leads.
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and amenities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits.
Follow up regularly to convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the sales team for successful closures.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
Requirements
Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in tele sales, customer service, or real estate sales.
Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
Positive attitude and target-driven approach.
