We are looking for a energetic and experienced HR Head to lead the entire HR function of a Textile Spinning Mill. The candidate will be responsible for driving HR strategy, managing large -scale workforce operations, ensuring statutory compliance, and fostering a productive industrial relations workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end -to -end HR operations for the plant
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Handle large blue -collar workforce management (operators, technicians, helpers)
Drive Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain a positive shop -floor culture
Ensure full compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, Factory Act, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
Oversee recruitment, manpower planning, and workforce optimization
Lead performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
Manage payroll inputs, attendance systems, and shift planning
Handle disciplinary actions, grievances,
and union interactions (if applicable)
Build robust HR systems, policies, and processes
