HR Operations Manager – KSA (Based in UAE)

Location: Sharjah, UAE (Managing Saudi Arabia Operations)

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for KSA while based in the UAE, ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws, visa processes, Saudization, and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage KSA HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and payroll coordination.
Handle all visa processes (recent, renewal, transfer, exit/re-entry, final exit).
Manage government portals including Qiwa, Muqeem, and Absher.
Ensure compliance with Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development regulations.
Monitor Saudization (Nitaqat) status and maintain compliance.
Oversee trade license renewals and coordination with government authorities.

Requirements:
7+ years of HR Operations experience with solid KSA exposure.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government processes.
Experience managing KSA operations remotely from UAE preferred.
