Role & responsibilities
Build a structural design studio over long term
Lead the planning, design, and review of RCC, steel, and composite structural systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
Prepare and review structural calculations, reports, and engineering documentation.
Coordinate with Architects, MEP Consultants, Project Managers, and other multidisciplinary teams.
Review structural drawings and provide technical support during construction and site execution.
Mentor and guide junior engineers while maintaining high engineering quality standards.
Ensure timely delivery of projects and successful execution to meet client expectations.
Contribute to building and strengthening the organization's Structural Design Studio through technical leadership and best practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's/Master's in Civil Engineering with expertise in structural design of RCC and steel structures. Proficient in ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SECURE, and AutoCAD. Robust knowledge of IS codes, coordination skills, and leadership experience in multidisciplinary projects.
