To support and execute communication strategies across media, digital, testimonial, and internal communication functions to build GIA India’s reputation and visibility among key stakeholders.
Media Relations
Draft press releases, articles, media quotes, speeches, and talking points for spokespersons.
Conduct thorough research and interviews with subject matter experts for content development.
Manage media outreach and maintain a solid network of journalists across print, digital, and trade publications.
Liaise with PR agencies for campaign planning, execution, and performance reviews.
Track media prospects, coordinate interviews, and support media visits to the GIA facility.
Digital Communications
Create, review, and optimize content for SEO (both on-page and off-page).
Coordinate with digital teams/agencies for keyword planning and link-building content.
Review website content and ensure alignment with GIA’s tone and branding.
Track analytics to refine content strategy and improve digital reach.
Testimonials & Video Content
Prepare structured questionnaires and conduct interviews with students, clients,



and partners for testimonial content.
Collaborate with the video editing team to script and produce testimonial videos, alumni features, and social media reels.
Maintain testimonial archives and coordinate publishing timelines.
Internal Communications
Draft and circulate employee newsletters, recognition stories, and leadership messages.
Collaborate with departments to gather internal updates and milestones.
Create, update, and maintain the internal communication platform (intranet) using SharePoint.
Maintain a calendar for internal campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.
