We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Junior Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, solid organizational skills, and a passion for bookkeeping. As a Junior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations for our US clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up -to -date financial records, including data entry, reconciling accounts, and managing transactions.
Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and follow -up on overdue accounts.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Client Communication: Collaborate with the team to provide timely updates and responses to client inquiries.
Compliance: Ensure all financial practices comply with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Support: Provide support to the Senior Bookkeeper and Team Leader as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field experience.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of bookkeeping experience, preferably with US clients.
Knowledge of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
Robust understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
