Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand -building, lead generation, and marketing initiatives for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and strategic brand development, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and SEM platforms.
Drive lead generation initiatives and optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Manage brand communication across online and offline channels.
Oversee social media, website content, and digital presence.
Plan and execute events, project launches,
and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective campaign delivery.
Monitor marketing metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
8+ years of marketing experience in the Real Estate industry.
Robust expertise in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, and Brand Management.
Hands -on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and SEM.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to plan and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with a solid background in real estate marketing, brand building, and performance -driven lead generation campaigns will be preferred.
