Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain solid relationships with high net worth individuals to drive sales growth.
Identify new business prospects and expand existing client relationships through effective networking and prospecting.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored banking solutions that meet clients' financial goals.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify market opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the banking or insurance industry.




Strong knowledge of wealth management products and services, including investment planning and portfolio management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales through Axis Bank's Affluent Banking Team, working closely with Axis Affluent RMs to achieve business objectives.
