Role Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on Kafka development experience (messaging: publish/subscribe, connectors).
We are not looking for admin profile.
Candidate must have positive experience in integration tools.
Exclude Kafka admins and Java developers with only integration experience.
Architect-level profiles are not considered.
Data Engineer/Analyst Profiles Only consider if they have hands-on Kafka messaging and connectors (not just streaming) and meet experience criteria.
Screening Guidelines:
Should have valuable Kafka architecture, messaging, and connectors experience.
Reject profiles lacking messaging or connector experience at screening stage.
