Looking for someone who will be the bridge between candidates and internal teams, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and supportive hiring journey.

Qualification: BBA Graduate (Freshers welcome)

Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial contact to final outcome.
Monitor and respond to candidate feedback across platforms such as Google My Business (GMB), Glassdoor, social media, and internal channels.
Engage in real-time chats with candidates to understand their journey, gather feedback, and resolve concerns empathetically.




Identify gaps or red flags in the recruitment process and escalate issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Collaborate with HR, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure consistent and high-quality engagement with every candidate.
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to generate content, draft communications, and analyze feedback trends to drive process improvements.

Requirements

Requirements:
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.
Graduate in BBA or an equivalent discipline (freshers encouraged to apply).
Comfortable using AI-based platforms for content generation and feedback analysis.
