We are looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the deployment of AI-driven OCR and document processing solutions using Microsoft Azure Document Intelligence. This role involves overseeing complete implementation cycles, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems, and driving successful adoption across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of AI-based OCR and document processing solutions using Azure Document Intelligence.
Define project scopes, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure transparent communication with engineering, AI, and business teams.
Convert business requirements—such as Accounts Payable invoice automation—into actionable technical configuration and deployment plans.
Oversee model training, testing, tuning, and deployment, ensuring accuracy, scalability, performance, and compliance.
Coordinate integrations of Azure AI services with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365) and custom accounting workflows.
Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards (SOC2, ISO 27001)



in handling sensitive data.
Monitor solution performance post-deployment and lead continuous improvement and optimization initiatives.
Serve as a bridge between product, engineering, and customer success teams to drive user adoption and deliver business value.
Manage project deliverables and SLA commitments effectively.
Partner with AI teams to design and implement Agentic AI capabilities for workflow automation (document classification, exception handling, and orchestration).
Identify prospects to automate invoice processing using AI agents integrated with Azure Cognitive Services.
Define, monitor, and report on KPIs related to accuracy, efficiency, and throughput.
Lead client onboarding, workshops, and training sessions to support change management and smooth transition from manual to automated workflows.
Communicate project risks, progress, and impact to senior stakeholders and clients.
