Responsibilities
Own end-to-end development of features across frontend and backend.
Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs.
Ensure high performance, security, and reliability in production systems.
Work closely with Product & Design teams to deliver polished user experiences.
Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed and efficiency.
Mentor junior engineers and actively contribute to technical discussions.
Required Skills
Robust experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js/Express.js.
Hands-on expertise with databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of system design, scalability, and performance optimization.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or similar tools.
Ability to take ownership of modules and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Valuable to Have
Exposure to AWS / GCP / Azure cloud environments.
Experience with real-time communication (WebRTC, WebSockets, Socket.IO).
Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Contribution to open-source projects or developer tools.
