Job Description

Business Responsibility Areas & KPIs

Litigation:
Manage and conduct litigation involving the company (including recoveries, general commercial, prosecution, consumer liability etc.)
Recovery matters – draft/issue legal notices for outstanding dues with vendors/dealers
Consumer matters- draft response to the Consumer Notices.
Provide MIS for pending Recovery matters/ Consumer matters/ Civil matters
Preparation of case brief

Legal Support:
Provide timely support to the Distribution, Supply and logistics functions including Manufacturing units
Coordinate with stakeholders and external lawyers for filing of cases
Regularly updating the status of cases in the tracker
Maintaining record of case papers
Research on any legal point




Maintaining record of communications/ notices received by the Company.
Prepare PPT/ short note on issues

Legal SPOC
Act as a Legal SPOC with all external consultants
Help in invoice/GST related queries

Qualifications

Essential
Degree in law from a recognised university
Fresher

Functional Competencies
Robust knowledge of local laws and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey legal advice and documentation in a commercially sound and relevant manner

Salary Range : 5 - 6 LPA
