We are looking for an Automation QA Test Lead having 8+ years of experience to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for becoming subject matter expert on the application, managing the off-shore QA team of 4 QAs, improve the quality of the off-shore QA deliverables and . In this role, you should have attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be directly working with the QA manager who is at in office (California), and must have experience in handling teams and coordination with different stakeholders.
Job Description:
As a Lead QA Lead you will be responsible for:
Integrating automation and testing into the CI/CD pipeline for both regression, functional and integration testing
Provide hands-on validation using manual methods
Managing and leading a team of QA Engineers and reporting to the QA Manager.
Ensure data quality and integrity
Interpret and analyze data problems
Conceive, plan and prioritize data project
Provide guidance on integration of Gitlab (CI/CD) with source code control tools like GTN/SV
Requirements
8+ years of Quality Assurance experience for enterprise applications
Hands on experience with Selenium, Java, Kotlin, Post manager
Committed to team objectives and application quality
Solid communication skills, and collaborative development environment
Mastery of QA fundamentals and best practices
Understanding and skilled experience with QA automation frameworks and automated test case execution
Familiarity with QA design patterns and anti-patterns
Experience with concerns of application scale
