Requirements

End-to-End Recruitment Management:
Manpower Planning & Liaison: Work closely with different departments to understand their current and future staffing needs and gather detailed job requirements.
Candidate Database Management: Build and maintain a robust database of candidates for current and future prospects.
Interview Process: Conduct initial screenings and interviews,

Job Specification
