Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients across all age groups.
Provide expert clinical care in NICU and PICU settings, managing critically ill newborns and children with complex medical conditions.
Deliver high -quality outpatient services in the OPD, including routine check -ups, vaccinations, developmental screenings, and management of chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and ADHD.
Perform diagnostic procedures, interpret lab results, imaging studies, and other clinical data to guide treatment decisions.
Collaborate with nurses, specialists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate and up -to -date patient records in compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
Participate in on -call rotations and emergency response as required by the department.
Engage in continuous career development and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the organization.
Requirements
MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD/DPB) from a recognized medical institution.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or equivalent regulatory body.
Minimum of 1 year of postgraduate clinical experience in pediatric care, with hands -on exposure to NICU and PICU settings.
Proven experience in outpatient department (OPD) management and patient follow -up.
Solid clinical skills in neonatal and pediatric emergency care, including resuscitation and advanced life support.
Proficiency in pediatric diagnostics, pharmacology, and preventive healthcare protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with children and their families.
Ability to work effectively in quick -paced, high -pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail and compassion.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and digital health tools.
Willingness to participate in on -call duties and shift rotations as per departmental needs.
