Looking for an Interior Designer with strong expertise in both design development and client-facing interactions. The role involves creating functional, visually appealing designs for commercial offices while collaborating directly with clients for requirement gathering and presenting design concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Create 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and concept designs for corporate workplaces, industrial setups, and other commercial spaces.
Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present design ideas effectively.
Coordinate with project managers and site execution teams to ensure design accuracy and adherence during implementation.
Maintain consistency, precision, and timely delivery across all project stages.
Assist with BOQ preparation, design documentation, and material selection.
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in commercial or corporate fit-outs.
Mandatory: Solid proficiency in 2D/3D design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
Mandatory: Comfortable engaging with clients and confident in design presentations.
Robust attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Good understanding of corporate design language, workplace planning, and commercial materials.
