We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1 year of hands-on experience in running paid campaigns and managing marketing operations. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot CRM, and other acquisition channels.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
Set up, maintain, and analyse campaign workflows and lead routing within HubSpot CRM




Monitor daily performance metrics and assist in reporting and dashboards
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategy updates, and A/B testing
Support creative testing, ad copy creation, and landing page performance tracking
Maintain accurate tracking via UTMs, conversion setups, and analytics tools
Identify prospects to improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and scale winning campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff through HubSpot
1 year of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising
Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot CRM
Understanding of Google Analytics, attribution methods, and tracking setups
Solid Excel/Sheets skills for analysis and reporting
Ability to interpret data and propose optimisation strategies
Familiarity with remarketing, custom audiences, and funnel-based campaigns

Exposure to marketing automation workflows inside HubSpot
