We are looking to onboard a performance -driven digital marketing skilled with strong hands -on experience in managing and scaling paid media campaigns.

What You will do:
•Plan, execute, and optimize performance -led campaigns aligned to CPA, ROAS, and conversion goal.
•Own media planning, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and performance forecasting.
•Build and scale high -intent audiences using behavioral, interest, and performance data.
•Manage Google Ads and social media platforms with a strong focus on efficiency and scale.
•Monitor campaigns daily and take proactive optimization actions.
•Leverage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for performance tracking and insights.
•Deliver transparent,
outcome -focused reports highlighting impact, learnings, and next steps.
•Collaborate with content and design teams to improve CTR, CVR, and overall efficiency.
•Work closely with SEO, analytics, and other teams to drive integrated performance strategies.
Requirements
• 3–6 years of hands -on experience in performance marketing managing large -scale budgets.
• Robust expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Experience with programmatic platforms and media buying (Amazon DSP is an added advantage).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
