The candidate should have more than 20 years of experience in design and development of AIS and GIS High voltage switchgear.

Candidate should be expert in development of different mechanisms for Circuit Breaker and GIS.

Candidate should be able to perform finite element analysis, encompassing static structural, linear and non-linear analyses.

Candidate should have hands on experience in performing seismic and random vibration, harmonic analysis, coupled structural-thermal analysis, and motion simulation.

The candidate should have knowledge of manufacturing processes like forging, welding, different material removal processes, and castings.

The candidate should have experience of R&D; project management.

The candidate should have experience of leading a team of more than 15 engineers.
