Job Characteristics

As an RBDS Technician, you will:
Undergo comprehensive training on RBDS equipment and service standards.
Deliver decontamination services to high safety and customer service standards.
Work under the RBDS Service Manager on large-scale deployments.
Manage project planning, execution, and service delivery after initial shadowing.
Support both frontline and back-office RBDS processes.
Lead and mentor a small team of apprentice-level employees.
Travel internationally, sometimes on short notice.
Collaborate with Bioquell’s global subsidiaries and distributors.
Safely lead and complete medium to large decontamination projects.
Serve as the customer liaison for all on-site operational activities including pre-site meetings, site surveys, and process planning.
Provide in office team leadership and project ownership.





Education and Experience Requirements
B.E/B.Tech. or equivalent degree.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
High energy, initiative, and a service-oriented mindset.
Flexibility in a customer-focused environment.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently in office and within a multidisciplinary team.
BSc or equivalent in Engineering/Science with hands-on technical skills.
Project management and leadership experience (preferred).
Candidates must be or be willing to be vaccinated against specific microorganisms.
