Now is a excellent time to build high impact social web and mobile applications. We are organizing a CodeForIndia Fellowship program to define high impact ideas, and build teams of software developers to work on them full time during 3 month fellowships.
We are looking for someone to help setup and manage this program. This will involve coordinating with a number of different stakeholders.
Fellows:
Promote the program to potential fellows. Work with them through the application process. Help fellows get oriented and established. Conduct activities during the quarter to bring fellows together. Organize the demo event at the end of the quarter.
Mentors:
Reach out to technical mentors, and ngos to find people who can help define and write detailed project descriptions for CFI Fellowships. Organize quarterly hackathon to bring these people together.
Communications:
Maintain our facebook group, twitter account and other social media outlets as necessary. Put together and make presentations to sponsors and other stakeholders.
