The Role

We’re hiring a Billing Specialist to manage the end-to-end billing cycle—owning timelines, quality, and clean handoffs to receivables. You’ll work closely with operations and finance to ensure billing is accurate, complete, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Own the billing cycle and uphold quality standards and timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams/partners to ensure complete billing inputs.
Prepare qualified invoices and maintain organized, audit-ready records.
Provide transparent status updates and resolve routine billing questions.
Support receivables with correct backup and summary reporting.
Review incoming paperwork for fairness and consistency; flag discrepancies or unusual entries for clarification.




Perform basic data integrity checks to ensure information is accurate, true, and unaltered; escalate concerns appropriately.
Suggest simple improvements to templates, file structure, and workflow.

What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business/Commerce/Accounting/Operations or related).
Experience: 2+ years in billing/operations/finance for US or global clients (logistics/construction/BPO preferred).
Skills: Very robust English (calls & email), solid Excel/Google Sheets, high attention to detail, strong organization, dependable with deadlines, professional communication.
