This position is essential in visually bringing sports stories and campaigns to life across digital platforms. As fan engagement grows more visual and platform-centric, the focus of this role is on producing high-quality, on-brand creative work that connects with audiences in real time.

Designers collaborate closely with content, video, and account teams to develop engaging visual assets that enrich storytelling and boost fan interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and modify marketing materials such as social media graphics, website banners, and other digital assets.

● Crop, retouch, and enhance images to ensure consistent visual quality.

● Apply color correction and uphold design uniformity across all assets.

● Follow brand guidelines meticulously for all client deliverables.

● Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.

● Efficiently incorporate feedback and revise designs promptly.

● Adapt designs to suit various platforms, formats, and screen sizes.

● Provide support for daily design tasks including resizing, templating, and quick turnaround assets.





● Keep abreast of current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Background and Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline.
● 3–4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or digital setting.
● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● Strong knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
● Skilled in image retouching and color correction.
● Ability to consistently apply brand guidelines.
● Keen attention to detail and capacity to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
● Capable of managing multiple projects and adapting to evolving requirements.
